Duties And Responsibilities…
• Conduct professional outbound sales and customer service calls
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Offer additional products/services to callers
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions
• Adhere to provided work schedule and maintain a high level of punctuality
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
• Successfully achieve sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects
• Maintain efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls
Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service setting
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass company training, background, and credit check
• Reliable transportation for commuting to work
