About Us and the Role

blithequark's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business is a leader in the industry, and our Caremark Member Operations division is seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative for our members, providing heart-driven service and support with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring our members have a clear understanding of their coverage and options.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing their queries and concerns in a patient, helpful manner.
• Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
• Provide solutions to simplify the health care experience for our members, leveraging your skills and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients, as our business continues to evolve.
• Receive comprehensive training to upskill and address client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
• Maintain adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements in your daily work.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.

Preferred qualifications include:

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• The ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
• Comfort relating to customers in a patient, helpful way, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• At least 6 months of health care experience.
