Customer Service or Client Outreach – Street Simplified

Full-time | WFH | Graveyard Shift | CST or PST…

At Street Simplified, we use video analytics to help public sector agencies understand why crashes happen and give them the tools to proactively prevent them. We are looking to hire a full time Client Outreach Manager who is passionate about road safety and saving lives.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL 8 HOURS OF CALLING

Mix of Calls, Emails, Chats, Meetings, Webinars and more

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Outbound Calling
• Meeting with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents.
• Call potential customers and build relationships
• Appointment setting
• Attending online conferences / webinars
• Navigate and overcome initial objections and questions
• Document relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel

Experience:
• Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing or sales

Requirements
• STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Excels at customer service
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
• Communicate effectively on the phone and via email
• Use phone etiquette best practices
• Works well in a team environment, is an adaptive learner and, is good at time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
