Customer Support Representative
Duties…
– Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and assistance
– Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
– Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
– Proficient in using customer support software and tools
– Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
– High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
