As a Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. As a Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
