Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective resolution to their inquiries and concerns. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities, build strong relationships with our customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer queries.
- Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assistance and Support: Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, going the extra mile to deliver detailed information and resolve complex issues.
- Time Management: Adhere to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when faced with complex issues or concerns that cannot be resolved at the customer support level.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Sales and Promotion: Engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities by promoting related products and services based on customer interests and previous purchases.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring a exceptional customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer support processes and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any stream can also apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage, as well as experience working with computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers, with a high level of empathy and understanding.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:
