**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements
* Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, enabling you to provide expert support and guidance to customers
**Requirements:**
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support and service
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
