Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Filling Prescriptions: Accurately and efficiently fill prescriptions, including counting, labeling, and packaging medications.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and stocking medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Patient Safety: Ensure patient safety by following proper procedures for handling and dispensing medications, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and other team members to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Quality and Productivity: Deliver high-quality results while balancing quality and productivity in all tasks, and consistently meet workflow goals.
- Clinical and Technical Knowledge: Seek opportunities to grow clinical and technical knowledge, and influence tools and training resources to develop essential medication knowledge and technical skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy, healthcare, or business.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, clinical, or customer service setting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in automated dispensing systems, inventory management software, and other technical tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy Experience: Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Certifications: Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or Certified Pharmacy Associate is preferred.
