What a Data Entry Specialist will do:

• Accurately enter incoming customer orders
• Professionally answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when appropriate
• Serve as first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer servis via phone, email, or in person
• Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Support general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain efficient workflow and a professional office environment

What you need to be a Data Entry Specialist:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Top-tier customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
