Approaching projects from a General Contractor’s perspective, we focus on subcontracting coordination, staging and phasing, cost-effective construction alternatives, and maintenance of traffic to minimize risk, claims, and unexpected costs.
Our work supports projects across transportation, transit, water/wastewater, parks, marine, and aviation sectors. Our professionals bring cradle-to-grave project delivery experience and work side by side with clients and public agencies on alternative delivery contracts, scope reduction analyses, contract change order evaluation, and dispute resolution—always from an Owner’s perspective.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations. This fully remote, part-time role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Respond to emails.
• Prepare and proofread documents, contracts, and submittals.
• Assist with digital filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Maintain organized and efficient digital office systems.
Data Entry & Records Management
• Enter, complete, and review spreadsheet data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Generate and maintain various reports related to data entry.
• Assist in organizing and preparing reports and documentation for management.
• Assist with document preparation and organization for audits and compliance reviews.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with structured data and numbers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Prior data entry or accounting experience is a plus, but not required
