Requirements
- Understanding of z/OS
- Analysis of logical models and implementation of logical design and physical objects on Db2 z/OS
- Data refresh activities, monitor address spaces, Unload data based on cross-platform requirements
- Development and Debug REXX routines to manage database operations
- Design and implement and manage REXX for Endevor to deploy database structures
- Assist and debug SAS code and SAS configuration for Db2 database connectivity
- Install and configure Db2 connect on Linux and windows
- On call support and troubleshooting experience with Connect, REXX and SAS
- Participate in migration and upgrade activities for Db2 and related products
- Experience in BMC tools and utilities like Change manager, Catalog manager, Log master and Apptune
- Establish performance objectives, SQL query optimization, indexing strategies, analyzing performance monitoring reports and Performance tuning of complex SQL queries and guide application teams
