Key Responsibilities

• Reset personal identification for callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing options for resolution and escalating calls when necessary
• Stay up-to-date with our services, policies, and procedures, retaining a large amount of information to provide excellent customer support
• Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs, with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
