DGB Americas – Key Account Associate Ulta Department: Sell In Reports to: Key Account Manager Ulta Location: Remote, preferably based on the East Coast or Central/Midwest region. Role Summary: The Key Account Associate for Specialty Accounts will provide critical support to the Key Account Managers in driving growth and ensuring successful execution of brand initiatives at key retail partner, Ulta Beauty. Responsibilities: Account Support and Coordination • Assist Key Account Managers in daily account management tasks, including data collection, reporting, and follow-up with internal teams. • Assist Key Account Managers in portal entries of new SKUs, events, sampling, etc. • Track and organize promotional calendars, events, and assortment updates to ensure timely execution. • Maintain accurate records of account activities, including stock levels, promotional spend, and performance metrics. • Monitor competitive review of sales, products, and programs. Execution of Retailer Initiatives • Coordinate the implementation of marketing activities, such as in-store events, digital campaigns, and co-op programs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. • Support the execution of merchandising strategies, including GWPs, sets, and seasonal activations. • Partner with Sales Field teams to monitor and record store compliance for visual merchandising guidelines and execution Collaboration and Communication • Coordinate with the Sales Field teams and Trade Marketing to manage event concepts, tools, and execution. • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to assist Key Account Managers in executing planogram updates & visual requests in an accurate timely manner. Reporting and Analysis • Assist Key Account Managers in compiling data reports and summarizing findings. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag areas that require attention. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or a related role within the beauty, fashion, or retail industry. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a customer-focused approach. • Experience working with US retail accounts (Ulta preferred) • Willingness to travel as needed (~5%)
