Key Responsibilities

- Proactively diagnose and resolve service issues, leading and mentoring the team in resolving complex problems.

- Report directly to the Director of Client Operations and Strategy, providing insights and updates on client accounts and campaign performance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions, with a proven track record in Account Management.
- Experience in Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of Executive Management.
- A growth and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail, with the ability to work within tight schedules and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google tools, especially Google Sheets, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Prior training experience, which can help with learning processes and effective communication.
- Experience in team management, with a proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
