Collaborating with others offers opportunities to develop new skills, expand your knowledge base, and build lasting relationships with colleagues across different departments. Working on internal gigs allows you to contribute directly to the organization's goals, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in your work. Additionally, being part of an internal gig provides exposure to diverse perspectives and innovative ideas, enhancing your communication, collaboration, project management, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Gigs are ONLY available to GYE employees.
