Job Description:
• Manage inventory forecasting and stock levels across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels using just-in-time principles.
• Coordinate production with manufacturers, purchase orders, fulfillment, and reconciliation with suppliers, warehouses, and accounting.
• Oversee wholesale operations, including account management, fulfillment, communication, and growth of new B2B relationships.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, and metadata across all sales platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor orders and collaborate with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth processing.
• Supervise Amazon seller support and overall account health.
• Analyze SKU-level performance, sales trends, and conversion data to inform inventory and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing on launches, campaigns, bundles, and promotions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, forecasts, and wholesale performance.
• Maintain clear SOPs and stay informed on e-commerce trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify environments.
• 2+ years in e-commerce inventory management, forecasting, and operations.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
• Strong interest in operations (not marketing).
• Passion for clean beauty, wellness, or sustainable consumer products.
