We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our Amazon and Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth. You should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and customer service. Responsibilities
Amazon (Primary)
• Manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM)
• Monitor account health, performance notifications, and policy compliance
• Handle listings, variations, images, and suppressed ASINs
• Track inventory levels and plan FBA replenishments
• Manage returns, refunds, and FBA reimbursement cases
• Coordinate with ads manager or report on ad performance
• Monitor Buy Box, pricing, and competitor activity
Shopify
• Process and monitor daily orders
• Ensure inventory sync accuracy
• Coordinate fulfillment with 3PL / suppliers
• Handle customer service emails and issues
• Manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
Operations & Reporting
• Daily order and inventory checks
• Weekly performance reporting (sales, inventory, issues)
• Monthly P&L and SKU performance summaries
• Identify risks (stockouts, account warnings, fulfillment issues)
• Recommend operational improvements
