Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Complete four 6-month rotations across different Finance teams including Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership, Tax, Accounting, Operations, Data Management, and Treasury
• Improve financial management systems and information, contribute to process improvement or savings initiatives, and participate in finance projects
• Develop and update reports on capital, forecast, cash flows, funding and liquidity, review business metrics, and perform competitive intelligence
• Engage with senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking, and volunteering to build connections across the organization
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
• Candidate for Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance to be received no later than June 2026 (unofficial transcript required upon application)
• One or more years of classroom and/or finance internship experience preferred
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Overall understanding of fundamental finance and accounting acumen
• Organized, resourceful, and capable of working with ambiguity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Committed to learning new skills and open to working within different areas of Finance
• Strong academic and extracurricular achievement with a global perspective and team-oriented track record
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary range for New York, NY positions: $79,925 - $83,400
