Job Summary:
Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring a motivated and knowledgeable Concierge to ensure the best experience and related services are provided to all. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting tenants, guests, and vendors, developing and maintaining relationships, and providing individualized services to meet their unique needs and expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations
- Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
- Plan and organize on-site events
- Provide direction, referrals, and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services
- Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas
- Answer telephones, monitor the lobby, and maintain and control keys and access cards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming experience to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured, and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
Benefits:
