Design and deliver world-class onboarding and training programs for the Dealer Performance Management team. Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional partners to build a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
What You Will Do
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, train new hires on key platforms, lead virtual product training, and introduce the Challenger mindset.
