- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to FERPA guidelines.
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and collaboration.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, to inform program development and improvement.
