- Relationship Management: Construct and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted consultant and a business advocate. Display vendor delight survey results to investigate both positive and negative comments trends. Set up improvement plans and manage expectations with account managers as suitable.
- Process Excellence: Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience working with blithequark. Spot regions of unnecessary technique or inefficiencies and work to simplify.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
