Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and perform routine data validation checks to identify and correct errors.
- Information Requests: Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding data and records to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Retrieve and file documents as needed, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Reporting: Generate and prepare reports from data, including summaries, charts, and other documents as requested. Develop and implement effective reporting tools and processes to support business needs.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls. Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Data Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with IT and other teams to address data quality and integrity concerns.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets. Experience with database management systems and reporting tools is an asset.
