Key Responsibilities
As an Analytics & Data Early Career Professional in the Investigation and Information Examiner Program, you will:
- Acquire hands-on experience working as part of a high-performing team to build your analytical and interpersonal skills on a daily basis
- Experience school-to-corporate temporary development, including a monthly learning plan, TED Talk discussions, a virtual speaker series from leaders across the organization, and other cross-organization events
- Receive professional guidance from a dedicated program manager and supervisor who will support your delivery of Wells Fargo's Professional Development Program
- Participate in networking activities and community engagement with other professionals and analytical community members
- Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and improve the internal and external customer experience
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Analysis, Applied Math, Computer Sciences, Data Analysis, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Physics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
- 3+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
- Capacity to take on an elevated level of responsibility, drive, and accountability
- Openness to Agile approach and experience working across teams
- Solid analytical skills, including decisively analyzing/controlling data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of analysis, research, statistics, data modeling, and data management
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest, or experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI, programming languages like SQL, Python, Java
