The Role
The B Shift Returns Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the Returns Department leadership team at blithequark to perform a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service standards to other departments within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership team and inspectors with data entry of returned items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent service standards to other departments within the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Interface with internal leadership, including department supervisors and leads, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Respond to emails daily regarding customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to our customers.
- Enter data as needed by the Returns Department and/or the Customer Service Department, utilizing our WMS systems and other software applications.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Understanding of multiple systems, including WMS systems and High Jump.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Basic Excel skills and computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications.
- Attention to detail and research skills, with the ability to analyze data and resolve issues.
- Warehouse experience, R/F scanner background, and data entry experience are preferred, but not required.
Essential Qualifications
