We empower our employees to lead, drive change, and give back to their communities. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering internal and external phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes, and managing workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks. You'll work closely with our Claims Adjudication Department to request and distribute internal information, and you'll be a team player who can effectively communicate with management and coworkers in a visible manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts * Request and distribute internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department * Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes * Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures * Be a team member, work effectively in a friendly team environment * Be interactive and communicative with management and coworkers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management * Other job duties as assigned **Key to Success** * Minimum High School graduate or GED required * Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly * Type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing the claim over the phone * Automotive Service Department experience preferred, with a background in Warranty Administrators, BDC Representatives, Automotive Cashier/Receptionist, or Service Writers **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and provide excellent customer service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle sensitive customer situations * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
