**What You'll Get to Do**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
* Receiving distributor calls as well as some end-user calls
* Providing reliable information to both internal and external customers
* Working with appropriate functional groups or team members to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process
* Maintaining a high level of service to both customers and account executives in dealing with day-to-day business activity
* Acting as a key contributor to the customer service team by receiving distributors' calls and inquiries
**Who You Are**
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will possess:
* A college or university diploma/degree
* Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and spoken (a strong asset)
* The ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call/systems volume environment while maintaining composure and flexibility
* Strong keyboard and data entry skills (min 30 wpm)
* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills with sales personnel and distributors
* A team player mentality, with the ability to work with a large team
* Dependability, decision-making, and follow-through on team tasks and willingness to help all other associates with little or no supervision
* The ability to rapidly assimilate marketing programs, product knowledge, and all other company policies and procedures
