- Employing strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls with courtesy and professionalism, resolving client requests and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Thoroughly documenting request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis, ensuring that client interactions are recorded and updated in our CRM database
- Working efficiently and effectively to resolve client requests, both independently and as part of a team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless support and service delivery

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
