We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, help customers resolve basic technical issues, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
