Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients by accurately answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service possible.
- Coordinate care services and appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients and service providers, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and care plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and care plans, utilizing our state-of-the-art systems and software to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bilingual experience required (English and Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and service providers in both languages.

- Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a reliable and stable connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features, to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and service providers, and to minimize background noise and distractions.
- Webcam (external or integrated), to facilitate video conferencing and virtual meetings, and to enhance communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
