About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will conduct outbound research through phone calls to enhance our research outcomes, working closely with our brand partners to perform research into the Higher Education and K-12 school districts across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to research and verify contact information of the districts' leadership positions, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our database.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and verify contact information of districts' leadership positions across the US K-12 and Higher Education through outbound phone calls
- Navigate phone trees to confirm the correct phone numbers, emails, and other relevant information
- Accurately enter verified information into our database, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Understand performance metrics and apply knowledge to improve quality and capabilities, meeting and/or exceeding goals
- Access multiple system applications simultaneously to effectively service customers and contribute to team building activities
- Assist with projects as per business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who excels in time management, possesses a strong work ethic, and is friendly and personable. The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience if no degree)
- 2+ years of customer service, contact center, customer service, or sales experience with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to think critically and quickly on phone calls to navigate to the right person to find the required data
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to accurately input data, write routine reports, and correspondence
- Maintain a high level of customer service expected, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to decision-making
Essential Qualifications

- Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience
