**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the proper system
* Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing
* Investigating to obtain missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Resolving all data entry-related exceptions
* Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
* Resolving Outside Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements
* Making phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve Outside Exceptions
* Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas
* Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current expert permit or certification
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Certificate or GED
* Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
* Essential web search skills to include opening a program, writing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
