**Job Summary**
As a Client Connect Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support to our Purchaser Connect Team. This role involves assisting with the improvement and execution of our Go-Platform (Linear, Virtual, Social, and more) client response, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative customer-first ideas, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the improvement and execution of Go-Platform (Linear, Virtual, Social, and more) client response
* Participate in concept generation and help with the creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive)
* Help coordinate elements of the client response process: timeline, approvals, and more
* Provide organizational and administrative support to the team
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., client, brand, and local solutions, income) to ensure seamless communication and execution
* Assist with the introduction and monitoring of trackers and weekly reviews to ensure team performance and progress
**Obligations and Duties of the Role**
* Help in the improvement and execution of Go-Platform (Linear, Digital, Social, and more) Patron Response
* Participate in Idea Generation and Assist With the Creation of Pitch Materials (Rfps And Proactive)
* Assist Coordinate Elements Of The Customer Reaction Manner: Timeline, Approvals, And So Forth
* Offer Organizational And Administrative Aid To The Team
**Required Education, Experience/Skills/Education**
* 1 year of experience in advertising, sponsorship, marketing, branded entertainment, and/or media
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Docs/Sheets
* Bachelor's degree required
**Training, Abilities & Talents**
* Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., client, brand, and local solutions, income)
* Able to work on multiple tasks at one time
