- Clasp and Screeners Solicitations: Assist with fulfilling clip and screeners demands from internal and external stakeholders.
- Rules and Methodology: Create and update documentation illustrating video rules and systems.
- Press Email Drafts: Produce drafts for emails to press, coordinating with the broader team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Client Rundown The executives: Create and maintain lists of clients who access various platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Hardware The board: Inventory and track video equipment, ensuring resources are readily available for colleagues.
- Group Grants and Acknowledgment: Coordinate tracking and entries for industry grants and internal recognitions.
- Note-taking: Capture key points and actions in meetings and disseminate these to relevant teams.
