Teams You Could Be Assigned To
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you could be assigned to one of the following teams:
- Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
- Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for $14 billion in annual stream fuel consumed by the airline
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
- Enrolled with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings
- Commitment to safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
- Embracing diversity, thinking, and styles
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
