Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product inquiries
- Offer product information, website navigation guidance, and general support to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with blithequark
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a food service, retail, or call center setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- A typing speed of 40 WPM, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, with the ability to hardwire
- 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references
Preferred Qualifications
