Our small team of high-ownership builders is focused on redefining how businesses use data, and we are now seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Lead to join our ranks in our London office.
As a Customer Delivery Lead at blithequark, you will play a central role in shaping what great customer delivery looks like, reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with our Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Data teams. With our customer base growing rapidly, this role will have a significant impact on the company's success. You will be responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to rollout, adoption, and expansion, configuring reports, supporting data logic, and keeping multiple client workflows organized and on track.
