Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on a variety of data sources, including Point of Sale (POS) data, syndicated data from sources like Nielsen and IRI, and account-specific databases. - Understanding and applying customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth and improve client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and experience within the CPG sector, with a preference for experience in the Adult Beverage industry.
- An understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, as well as expertise in category management principles and shopper/consumer insights.
- A high level understanding of Category Management processes and practices, as well as assertive leadership and decision-making skills with high energy.
- Preferred experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and Internal Shipment Data, as well as a strong foundation in business fundamentals and business finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
