Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email management, and customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
• Design and conduct tests to encourage subscribers to share their blithequark platform with family and friends, driving user acquisition and retention
• Develop and manage our affiliate program, targeting moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, to expand our reach and build strategic partnerships
• Conduct business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to integrate our platform into their client services
• Collaborate with colleagues and friends to conduct weekly product research, gathering feedback and insights to inform our product positioning and development
• Create written materials and images as needed to support customer communications and marketing efforts
• Work effectively in a remote setting, managing your time and workload to meet deadlines and deliver results
