Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable experience

- Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet Card Member needs and expectations
- Offer tailored concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and limited reservation assistance
- Collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member requests and preferences
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients, preferably in the airline, lounge, or hospitality industry
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm Card Members with every interaction
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to customer service, with a passion for delivering high satisfaction ratings
