In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our products or services. As a Customer Service Advisor – Digital Intake Specialist, you will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending upon client requirements. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, possess strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Additionally, you should be dependable with strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, and able to adapt to changes quickly.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should be proficient in using technology, including computer software and hardware, and be able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
