Key Responsibilities: Ensuring Seamless Travel Experiences
- Check in passengers and their luggage efficiently at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related queries.
