Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related questions, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Make announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity, ensuring clear communication with passengers.
- Coordinate with the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors to ensure smooth flight operations.
Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership.
- Proficient computer skills to efficiently manage customer information and flight data.
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for some airport locations).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes an extensive background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an aviation or travel-related industry.
- Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and baggage handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be required to:
- Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis.
- Stand, lift, bend, push, and pull frequently and for extended periods.
