Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing information and support regarding blithequark.com, resolving online issues, and assisting with website navigation.
- Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general blithequark.com/product questions and investigating complex situations related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
- Offer compensation and resolutions as needed, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience.
- Act as a liaison between blithequark.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating your ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service and support.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and technology, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute and navigate multiple screens simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to meeting the needs of our members.
