Our Locker+ locations provide a convenient and secure way for customers to pick up and return their orders at various retail locations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, and making a positive impact on their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards.
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently.
- Receive and process truck deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of packages.
Physical Demands and Availability
To excel in this role, you will need to:
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around.
- Navigate stairs (where applicable).
- Be available to work part-time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with varying schedules week to week.
