We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring that our Locker locations are running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English. You'll also need to be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
