Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher).
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, and commit to ongoing learning and development.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Gaming experience is preferred, as it can help you develop the skills and strategies needed to excel in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in online conversations or chat operations.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, although not required, can be an asset in understanding our clients' needs and preferences.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and online platforms.
