**What You'll Do**
* Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
* Sell air travel and cargo services to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist customers with travel registration, freight acceptance, and other related services, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
* Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
* Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
* Provide support to customers during security and crisis situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
* Follow internal and external policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards.
* May be required to drive and work air steps up to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane customers.
* Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace, leading and directing the work of other team members.
* May be required to perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities.
**All You'll Need for Success**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
* Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas.
* Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities.
* Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access badges to airport security identification presentation areas (SIDA), if applicable.
* Ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if applicable.
* Capacity to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Ability to respond to situations in a timely and efficient manner.
