As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be based in a retail location, such as a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding Amazon Locker+ site, or a partner retailer, where you will facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. Your role goes beyond just assisting with orders; you will connect with customers on a personal level, making their day a little brighter. Duties and Responsibilities

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks designed to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. Some of your key duties may include:

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You should also be comfortable standing and walking during shifts that can last up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and in some locations, you may need to go up and down stairs. Our schedules vary week to week, but you'll need to be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
