About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and positive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our successful team in Chantilly, VA. As a CSR/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our service delivery. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service.
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base, educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers.
- Being a good teammate to coworkers, collaborating to achieve common goals and providing support when needed.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency.
- A passion for talking with people and making them happy, using great communication skills to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with a good understanding of the local area.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think proactively, anticipating and resolving potential issues before they arise.

- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise, allowing you to focus on your work and provide exceptional customer service.
